Welcome to Pier 360, which was formerly CVAB.

Our
Services
We offer a variety of services in the Southern Washington community to support peers in both mental health and substance use recovery.

Our services are East Center, West Center, Warm Line, Employment Services, Housing and Recovery Peer Services, Peer Bridger, and Courts & Reentry.
Our Centers (East & West)
The Centers offer a safe and sober environment open to anyone wanting to participate in a recovery-based, supportive community. Our supports and services are offered free of charge or time constraints.
The East & West Centers are intended to be a supplement to traditional mental health or substance use services, and is not a replacement for medical or clinical services.

Warm Line
360-903-2853
4pm-Midnight Every day
The Pier 360 Warm Line is based in Vancouver, WA and operates every evening. When you call the Warm Line you are talking to a peer who has their own lived experience with mental health conditions and/or substance use and strive to provide you with support, understanding, and a listening ear.
There are times when you just need to talk to someone, to let off steam, or sort through your day. The Warm Line is not a Crisis Line, but is a resource to utilize before you hit the point of crisis.
Housing and Recovery
Peer Services (HARPS)
We strive to assist individuals with maintaining a safe and affordable place to live while promoting personal growth and wellness. Our supports are non-clinical, because we draw on common experiences as peers to provide empowerment, guidance and encouragement to take responsibility and actively participate in recovery.

Peer Bridgers
Peer Bridgers use their experience to provide support, guidance and hope to people with behavioral health issues.
Peer Bridgers are Washington State Certified Peer Specialists personally experiencing recovery. They have addressed the many challenges of those being discharged from patient settings and they are uniquely qualified to support individuals on their recovery journey.

Courts & Reentry
Pier 360 Courts and Reentry expands our services to people seeking recovery from addiction. Our Courts team supports participants in Clark County Therapeutic Courts and other courts. The Reentry team supports individuals while incarcerated and then exiting Clark County Jail. The C&A team supports peers with connecting to needed services, providing pro-social activities, one-to-one support, and connecting to other Pier 360 supports and services.
